Use AI actions to fully resolve tickets in Gorgias.

PerfectBot can help customers with questions about their Shopify orders. It works with your existing Gorgias-Shopify integration, so if your store is already connected to Gorgias, you don’t need to do anything extra to use this feature.

🎉 Note: Starting November 18, we have started rolling out this feature to all PerfectBot customers with an active Gorgias-Shopify integration. If you don’t see it yet, please reach out to us via chat.

What It Can Do:

  • Provide the status of an order (e.g., processing, shipped, delivered).

  • Confirm if an order has been shipped.

  • Share tracking links with customers.

  • Confirm the shipping address for an order.

  • Check which products are included in the order.

Requirements:

  • Your Shopify store must be connected to Gorgias.

  • PerfectBot will access data from the 5 most recent orders created within the last 120 days.
