PerfectBot can help customers with questions about their Shopify orders. It works with your existing Gorgias-Shopify integration, so if your store is already connected to Gorgias, you don’t need to do anything extra to use this feature.

What It Can Do:
Provide the status of an order (e.g., processing, shipped, delivered).
Confirm if an order has been shipped.
Share tracking links with customers.
Confirm the shipping address for an order.
Check which products are included in the order.
Requirements:
Your Shopify store must be connected to Gorgias.
PerfectBot will access data from the 5 most recent orders created within the last 120 days.
