Below, we'd like to describe the steps to uninstall the PerfectBot App from your Gorgias and remove any remaining traces of it.
1. Uninstall the PerfectBot App
a. Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps and choose AI PerfectBot
b. Click on the "Disconnect App" button
2. Delete HTTP integration
a. Go to Settings > Apps > HTTP integration, open the "Manage" tab, and click on "PerfectBot" on the list.
b. Scroll down the window and click on the "Delete HTTP Integration" button in the lower right corner.
3. Remove the "views" created by PerfectBot
a. Go to the "Tickets" page and scroll down the left-hand menu to find the "PerfectBot" section among the "Shared views".
b. Click on the three dots next to "PerfectBot" and select "Delete".
4. Delete the "PerfectBot" User
a. Go to Settings > Users, choose "PerfectBot" and click on the "Delete User" button at the bottom of this page.
5. Delete the "PerfectBot" Chat Preview
a. Go to Settings > Channels > Chat, choose "PerfectBot Preview", then open the "Installation" tab.
b. Click on the "Delete Chat" button at the bottom of this page.
