After a thorough evaluation, we believe their solution is highly promising and rapidly evolving. Given these advancements, we've come to the conclusion that competing with such a sophisticated native solution in the long term no longer makes strategic sense for us.
Therefore, after careful consideration, we've made the difficult decision to discontinue PerfectBot.AI's services as of August 31, 2025.
Believe us, we are taking this step with great regret, as we have always had ambitious plans and were full of hope that we were creating valuable software that enriches our customers' businesses.
We want to assure you that all PerfectBot.AI services will continue to operate without interruption and with full support until August 31, 2025. Our team remains fully committed to ensuring your AI Agents function smoothly throughout this period.
What does this mean for you?
Full Support Until August 31, 2025: Your PerfectBot will continue to operate normally, and we'll provide all necessary technical and operational support.
Automatic Subscription Cancellation: You don't need to take any action to cancel your subscription. We will automatically cancel all active PerfectBot.AI subscriptions so you won't be charged for any billing periods extending beyond August 31, 2025.
The last subscription period will be shortened to August 31, 2025, and the payment will also be reduced proportionally to that period.
Recommendation for Gorgias AI Agent: We encourage you to explore Gorgias' native AI Agent solution. We believe it can serve as an excellent continuation and enhancement of your AI strategy for customer service.
This was a very difficult and, to be honest, sad decision for us. However, we believe it's the best path forward for all parties, allowing focus on the most innovative solutions available.
