PerfectBot usage is measured in Conversations.

Monthly Conversation Plans

After your 30-day free trial, you can select one of the following conversation plans.




Extra Large







Up to 1,000 conversations

Up to 2,000 conversations

Up to 3,000 conversations

Up to 5,000 conversations

After you reach your monthly conversation plan, you'll be charged $0.20 for each additional conversation. You can change your plan anytime.

What counts as a "conversation”?

A billable conversation has at least one reply from our chatbot. Conversations that PerfectBot doesn't respond to aren't counted.

A conversation can include:

  • Any number of messages between an End User and the Chatbot.

  • Small talk or fallback replies.

  • Handover requests to a human customer service agent.

If a customer responds to a conversation after 24 hours of inactivity and receives a reply from our chatbot, it will be considered a new billable conversation.

To check the number of PerfectBot Conversations:
Go to 👉 Gorgias ➝ Statistics ➝ Agents ➝ In the "Agents" filter, select PerfectBot

The "Tickets replied" number represents the conversations in which PerfectBot responded.

Free Trial

You can cancel at any time during a 30-day trial at no cost. Your free trial begins once you activate PerfectBot in your Gorgias widget, and it starts chatting with your customers.

Multiple chatbots

If chatbots across your ecommerce stores use the same knowledge base, you can run them under one plan. However, if their knowledge differs, you'll need to purchase a separate plan for each. Discounts may apply for multiple bots.


Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can modify your plan through the Customer Portal, accessible via the Stripe payment email. Changes will take effect immediately.

Do I have to provide my Credit Card details to get the 30-day free trial?

No. You can enjoy a 30-day free trial of our chatbot without providing your credit card details.

How much does the bot training cost?

We will never charge you for the bot training – it’s totally free 😀 The same goes for any additional information you’d like to add to the bot’s knowledge base in the future – it’s all included in the plan!

Do you offer annual plans?

Currently, we offer only monthly subscription plans for our AI chatbot.

What happens when I install the PerfectBot app? Does that mean I activate the bot and activate my 30-day free trial?

Installing PerfectBot addon does not mean activating the Bot or activating the free trial.
It only allows us to access your Gorgias ticket history and train the bot based on that information.

How to cancel a subscription?

While we're sad to see customers go, you can cancel your plan anytime.

Just let us know by email or go to your Customer Portal (accessible via the Stripe payment email) and choose "Cancel plan". Your subscription will end at the end of the monthly billing cycle. You can also reactivate your subscription at any time.
