Set up business hours β²
As PerfectBot provides 24/7 customer support, it's essential to configure your business hours accordingly.

Once your business hours are set to 24/7, switch the live chat availability to βAlways live during business hoursβ. Thatβs right, your bot never sleeps!

Turn OFF the "Remove Send us a message button" setting
Hiding βSend us a messageβ means that customers must start with an automation button before they can send a message. We want to do the opposite - allow customers to ask questions freely because PerfectBot will be able to answer them.

Set up Email capture as an option π§
Requiring customers to give their email before starting a chat can discourage them. Instead, we suggest making email capture optional, so customers can choose to provide their email if they prefer to be contacted that way.
